We are connected to multiple diverse upstream providers with Full Border Gateway Protocol routing protocol used by internet service providers to share routing information across the internet peering with all providers.

Our facility consists of 65,000+ square feet of actual computer space with more room to expand. We have fully redundant (2N) UPS power systems and (N+1) air conditioning systems. Our HVAC and Power Systems are backed with redundant uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) and on-site diesel generators with enough fuel to run over a week.

Utility power provided via diverse paths into the data centers and conditioned by UPS system, with redundant air conditioning units for total N+1 Power & Air Conditioning systems. Our advanced fire protection, suppression & detection systems are state of the art fire detection by VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) along with FM200 and pre-action dual interlock dry pipe fire suppression systems (pipes feeding sprinkler heads are not filled with water until a fire is detected) to protect electrical systems. Our multiple power paths and network connectivity have two diverse paths into our facility.

Our fully integrated Monitoring System is an integrated monitoring system that proactively monitors and alerts our 24x7 Networks Operations Center of critical building power, cooling, fire, as well as all servers, and networking parameters to ensure system availability for all critical building, server and network systems.

State-of-the-art Security Technology is a biometric security including retinal readers and fingerprint technology restricts access to all data center locations. All entrances and common areas are monitored via closed circuit video surveillance and locked cages enclose all equipment and 24x7 on-site security staff along with a Network Operations Center & on-site data center staff

Environmentally Sensitive Features going green

From our variable frequency drives for large motors and chilled water for air handler units and cooled water chillers that use eco-friendly refrigerant, we are doing are part in maintaining a low carbon footprint. Even our EPA-approved diesel generators used for our power backup use low-sulfur fuel. Our data center uses specialized eco-friendly products for cleaning.

Systems & Network Infrastructure/Security

Superlative web hosting uses best-of-breed equipment for routers, firewalls and servers to keep you and your customers online. With full network redundancy and 24x7 dedicated prevention systems we ensure network perimeter remains secure. We do automatic email scanning for virus detection and cleaning to provides complete protection for our three available hosting plans.

Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery

With enterprise-class backup and restore technologies, your data is fully protected. We do full and incremental backups with off-site retention. Dedicated and virtual server plans require additional purchase for backups but can be backed up by site administrator.
